Solar Development

NativeFlow provides solar development services at no cost to landowners. All expenses are paid by our trusted partners. So there’s nothing to buy to participate. Rather, our landowner partners earn ongoing revenue by leasing part of their land for solar energy production. We require a minimum of 10 acres up to 100+ acres for land installation, with an average of 30-40 acres per project. Learn how we select locations for community solar.

You’ll find that our solar development platform is faster, more thorough, and generates more income than any other – up to 10x your property’s value. That’s because we’ve streamlined a process that can move as slow as molasses in January. In fact, we can make financial decisions in hours compared to weeks of bureaucracy at other firms. Most importantly, we’re able to offer more competitive lease rates for most landowners, and more competitive pricing for our independent power provider (IPP) partners. In short, NativeFlow has the highest economics to realize a solar project. Not just a number on a piece of paper, but a real value the entire process can stand on.

  • FOR LANDOWNERS

We establish a long-term annuity that provides financial security for decades.

We regenerate and preserve land for future generations.

  • FOR IPPs

We deliver valuable, high quality projects for our IPP partners.

We establish and maintain meaningful relationships with all participating stakeholders.

I think having land and not ruining it is the most beautiful art that anybody could ever want to own.

Our Commitment To Energy Independence

We support farm-to-table living using the local distribution lines and the local substation to feed only the folks along
that shared distribution pathway, as far as it stretches. This creates true energy independence for the community,
insulates it from the transmission grid, and adds essential capacity to support growing electric needs.

Our focus is smaller farms (<100 acres) that provide distributed generation projects located close to where the power
is being used. To locate the best sites for solar, we developed a scientific geographic information system (GIS)
mapping approach that is now the gold standard in the industry. It is often copied but never duplicated. This enables
us to bring energy independence faster to more communities across the country.
